Edward "Eddie" Willie Zoch

Edward "Eddie" Willie Zoch, of Giddings, Texas and formerly of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away on June 8, 2015 in Giddings, Texas at the age of 84. He was born on August 12, 1930 in Winchester, Texas to Wilham "Willie" and Amanda Mitsche Zoch. Eddie honorably served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a machinist for W.K.M. for 30 years, retiring in 1995. This loving father, brother, uncle and friend will be missed. Eddie is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred LillianWagner Zoch; his parents, Wilham "Willie" and Amanda Mitsche Zoch; his sister, Mildred Zoch, his sister, Louise Woytek and husband, Lester; father and mother-in-law, August and Ester Nitsche Wagner; brothers and sister in laws. Survivors include his son, Glenn Ray Zoch; daughter, Carol Diane Russell and husband, Wayne; his sisters, Eleanor Berger and husband, Marvin, Evelyn Kaiser and husband, Elton, and Madeline Faske and husband, Leroy; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends; step-mother, Hermine Zoch; step-sister, Doris Fritsche and husband, Ervin Fritsche; sisters-in-law, Irene Boriack and Bernice Vickich. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2015 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings, Texas. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings, Texas with Pastor Robert Tiner officiating. A graveside service and military honors will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Pastor Ken Sinclair will officiate the service. Pallbearers will include Larry Woytek, David Faske, Marcus Faske, Steven Faske, Allen Kaiser, Eddie Wagner, Leonard Boriack, Larry Boriack, Delbert Boriack, David Wagner, Michael Vickich and Blake Whitaker.
