Debbie Tomczak Zwahr

Deborah Tomczak Zwahr, fondly known as “Debbie”, 56, of Rosenberg, Texas passed away on October 5, 2020. She was born on March 27, 1964 in Houston, Texas to Peggy Sue (Kinsey) Tomczak and Harry Edward Tomczak, Sr. She was a graduate of Lamar High School – Class of 1982. Debbie was known as an excellent cake decorator and a tax preparer. Her favorite hobbies included scrapbooking, crocheting, cross-stich…actually anything that would include a trip to Hobby Lobby. She also loved playing cards and dominoes which may have included taking shots of Patron and Fireball. This loving wife, mother, granny, sister, aunt and friend will truly be missed. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Glen Zwahr; children, Amanda Elliott (Travis), Robin Zwahr and Justin Zwahr; grandchildren, Aiden, Draigh, Bry and Chance Elliott; siblings, Linda Moore, Pamela Hale, Jackie Steen, Rick Steen (Shelly); Sheila Pavlicek (Freddy), Harry Edward Tomczak Jr. “Bubba”; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Crystal, Tonia, Joe, Dawson and Hayley; along with additional numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. ***The funeral home is limited to 100 people and everyone is responsible for providing their own facial covering*** Visitation will be held beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 13, 2020 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2020 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. The funeral service will be live streamed through Debbie’s Obituary Page on our Funeral Home website. Pallbearers will be Dawson Tomczak, Joe Pavlicek, Cody Gray, Josh Ayles, Josh Alderman, Joshua Harris and Chris Elkins. Honorary pallbearer will be Logan Steen.
