Ramona Zamora Hernandez, 83, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 in Richmond. She was born August 30, 1933 in Sugar Land to Apolonio and Luz Hernandez. Ramona was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Richmond. Survivors include 4 sons; Juan Pena, Santiago Hernandez, Rudy Hernandez and wife Rosa, Anthony Hernandez and wife JoAnn, 3 daughters, Delores Melendez and husband Francisco, Lucinda Zelaya and husband Chalio, Juanita Cisnado and husband Jose Rolando, 32 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters, Isabel H. Razo and Beatrice Acevedo, one son, Rafael Hernandez, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Richmond with Father Manuel De La Rosa Lopez officiating. Burial will follow in San Gabriel Cemetery in Richmond. Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2017 from 4-9 P.M. at Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with as Rosary at 7:00 P.M.
