Garrett Anthony Magana

Garrett Anthony Magana passed away unexpectedly at the age of 20 on August 16, 2016 in Port Lavaca, Texas. He was born on June 25, 1996 in Houston, Texas. Garrett never met a stranger and was loved by all. He was known for his million dollar smile with a personality to match. This loving son, brother, grandson, great grandson, cousin and friend will be missed. Garrett is survived by his father, Cristian Magana and wife, Jackie; mother, Kimberly Mikeska and husband, Darren; sisters, Bailey Mikeska and Julie Magana; grandparents, Salvador and Petra Magana, Jose and Esperanza Arocha, Lori Eger and husband Kevin, Richard Evans and wife, Sherry, Joyce Maples, and Larry Mikeska and wife, Melissa; great grandparents, Patricia Vickery late Bob Vickery, Betty Evans late Bob Evans, and Antonia Trevino; Uncles and Aunts, Chase Evans and wife, Erin and their children, Mason and Tucker, Lorey Mikeska Houlihan and her children, Jaylen, Kyle and Olivia, Jose Magana and wife, Melissa and their children, Carter, Charli, Maxston and Madyson; Sugei Magana and her son, Caleb, Pablo Arocha, and the late Salvador Magana, Jr. and his children, Victoria and Jenneca; step aunts, Kristi Meek, and Christin Romo and husband, Kyle and their son, Kevin; along with extended family and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. The service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Faith United Methodist Church, 4600 FM 359 in Richmond, with burial following at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Pallbearers will include Chase Evans, Kyle Houlihan, Jose Magana, Caleb Guevara, Eric Buenrrostro, A.J. Buenrrostro, Pablo Arocha, Cody Fetzer and Bennie Evans.
