Visitation for Christopher Howard Schuh, of Richmond, will be held Friday, August 9th , 2024, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 10th 2024, 10:00 AM at First Colony Church of Christ in Sugar Land, Texas with Corey Trevathan officiating. Burial will follow at Davis Greenlawn Cemetery. Chris passed away at the age of 50, surrounded by his loving family, after a heroic battle with cancer. Chris was born August 13th, 1973 to Bud and Shirlene Schuh in Little Rock, Arkansas. Chris has served 29 years in law enforcement with the last 10 years served in Fort Bend County Constables Office Chris was a loving father, son, brother, and friend. Chris never met a stranger and had the biggest heart. He loved spending time with his wife Alexa. Taking numerous trips to El Salvador, seeing the beauty of nature through all God’s creations, and being a “foodie” were just a few of his joys in life. He enjoyed working out, binge watching shows, and going to watch any and all events that his twins were involved in. When he wasn’t with family he was working numerous extra jobs which created long lasting friendships that will never be forgotten. Chris is survived by his wife Alexa Schuh of Richmond; Mother Shirlene Schuh of Richmond; Daughter Brianna Schuh of Richmond; Son Bryan Schuh of Richmond; Brother Todd Schuh of Waco; Brother Dustin Medlin and wife Christy Medlin of Rosenberg; Nephew Devon Medlin of Rosenberg; Niece Megan Grotte and Husband Josh Grotte, and Great Niece Nora Grotte of Sugar Land; Aunt Marketta Howard of Richmond; Uncle Scott Schuh and wife Amy Schuh of Katy; Best Friend/Cousin Chad Howard and wife Myrsine Howard of Needville; Mother-in-law Yolanda Sermeño of El Salvador; sister-in-law Maritza Arteaga and husband Omar Alfaro and children Aubrey, Andy, Gigi, Katherine, and Emelie of California; Brother-in-law Jesús Arteaga and wife Mary Arteaga and children Junior, Kathleen, and Dominic of El Salvador; Sister-in-law Milena Arteaga and child Mia Celeste of El Salvador; and Friend Roberto Chicas and wife Alicia Chicas and children Daniella and Zahara of El Salvador. Special Friends as Pallbearers are Dan Cook, Emigdio Hinojosa, Pablo Martinez, Chuck Rosenbaum, Johnny Spiegel and Jessie Trevino. Honorary Pallbearer Travis Lemos. He is preceded in death by his Father, Lloyd “Bud” Everett Schuh Jr, of Richmond; Grandparents, Lloyd Everett Schuh Sr. and wife Norma Schuh of Arkansas, Troy Henry Howard and wife Hattie Lucille Howard of Arkansas; Uncle James Troy Howard of Stafford; Aunt Shelba Lester and husband Bob Lester of Oklahoma City; Uncle Jacob H.
